Cheryl Roberson Piggott is a distinguished businesswoman, social activist, and philanthropist with over 30 years of experience in business, promotions, and celebrity marketing. As the founder of World Orphans Day™ and CEO of The Stars Foundation™, Cheryl has dedicated her life to advocating for orphans and children’s rights around the world. Her work in celebrity-driven marketing campaigns with Fortune 500 companies such as Service Merchandise, Lowes, HSN, Walmart, and Bank of America has raised millions of dollars for various charitable causes, including United Way, Alzheimer’s Association, Habitat for Humanity, and the Friends In Low Places Scholarship Fund.

Cheryl’s impact extends internationally through her collaborations with high-profile dignitaries, including Princess Yasmin Aga Khan, Princess Elizabeth of Serbia, and Prince Ermias Selassie. As the creator of World Orphans Day, Cheryl has helped the global initiative gain recognition in 72 countries, uniting leaders from Africa, Central and South America, and the Caribbean to raise awareness and funds for orphaned children.
